Like the corners of my mind

Misty water-colored memories

Of the way we were

Scattered pictures,

Of the smiles we left behind

Per quello che eravamo.

E’ possibile che tutto era semplice allora?

O il tempo ha riscritto ogni battuta?

Se avessimo l’opportunita’ di fare tutto daccapo

Dimmi, lo faremmo, lo potremmo fare?

Ricordi, potrebbe essere bello eppure

Quello che e’ troppo doloroso da ricordare

Abbiamo semplicemente scelto di dimenticarlo.
